As the financial crisis 2010 continued after a very dark 2009, people from every part of the globe were wondering when this financial crisis would end. The people were continually being told that this was not a double dip recession that the markets are improving. However, hedge funds continued to fall, inflation continued to rise and it seemed that financial crisis 2010 might not only rival financial crisis 2009, but even surpass it. (more…)

The International Court of Justice is the main judicial arm of the United Nations and is headquartered inside Peace Palace at The Hague in the Netherlands. The court was established by a UN Charter in 1945 to settle legal disputes brought before it by states of the world. In addition to ruling on legal disputes, the Court offers advisory opinions on legal matters submitted by authorized organizations and agencies as well as the UN General Assembly. (more…)

The Internet has become an incredible avenue for the immediate transmission of opinions, information and news for people around the world. Communist governments, like Vietnam and China, have attempted to gain a monopoly on all institutions of power; therefore, they have attempted to stifle the independent voices of critics, dissidents and opponents who use Web sites to criticize these regimes. In recent years, both Vietnam and China, have shown increased technological acumen in using the cyber attack to harrass online critics. (more…)

On April 20, 2010 an oil well associated with the Macondo Prospect oil field under the supervision of BP oil, located southeast of Louisiana in the Gulf of Mexico, exploded, releasing massive amounts of oil. Before the Florida oil spill, BP oil planned to drill 18,000 feet, prepping the area to be a valuable subsea producer. However, the explosive blowout was feeding a gusher estimated to be leaking 12,000 to 19,000 barrels per day. This catastrophic 2010 oil spill has visually expanded to the size of Rhode Island.
