Of course change came with the Obama Administration. Nothwithstanding the obvious change of complexion, spirit, merit and intent, change came in the form of the spirit of justice and the hope of the promise of equality of opportunity. This hope and the faith that accompanies it is infectious world wide. I submit that it may even shortly infect the court as it seeks to charge and change the effects of the absurb crimanl activities in Poland and other places.
